General conditions of sale for reservations of overnight stays:

To book, a card number bank account is requested. The full amount of the reservation is debited upon confirmation of the reservation.
In the event of an accommodation reservation combined with an escape reservation, only the accommodation reservation will be debited and the escape part will be payable on site.

All extras provided during your stay on site will be paid for at check-out at the latest.

Please let us know for any late arrival.

Check in is from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Any non-presentation of the client at the establishment without prior information to our services to take the reserved room is worth releasing the entire reservation and entails the invoicing of all the costs related to the reserved stay.

Cancellation conditions:

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. After this time, the first night will be charged to you.

General conditions of sale for escape games:

These general conditions apply to all reservations made for a Ludik Factory activity. Booking escapes alone will result in direct online payment. In the event of an accommodation reservation combined with an escape reservation, the accommodation payment will be effective online. It will be necessary to adjust the escape part on site. The reservation is effective for a specific day and time for which the customer is solely responsible. The reservation will be firm after receipt by the customer of a confirmation email. All extras consumed on site will be paid for at the latest before the client’s departure from the Bar. Cancellation conditions: any reserved session is due. In case of impediment, the customer will contact us directly up to 48 hours in advance before the session in order to modify his reservation. No refund will be made except in cases of force majeure.
